This platform ("CleanPilotPro") is owned and operated by Position Rank Agency LLC. By accessing or using CleanPilotPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

CleanPilotPro provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to manage operations, communicate with customers, and send notifications, including SMS messages.

2. Use of Services

CleanPilotPro is intended for use by businesses ("Users") to communicate with their customers and staff. By using our platform, you agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. SMS Messaging and Communications

CleanPilotPro provides messaging functionality that allows Users (businesses) to send SMS communications to their customers.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending SMS messages.
• Consent must be obtained independently and cannot be a condition of purchase or bundled with other agreements.
• You will clearly disclose the nature of the messages being sent.
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
• Recipients must be able to opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
• You will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

CleanPilotPro does not obtain consent on behalf of Users and is not responsible for how Users collect or manage consent.

4. Prohibited Use

Users agree NOT to use CleanPilotPro to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam)
• Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate telecommunications or privacy laws (including TCPA and CTIA guidelines)
• Engage in high-risk messaging such as phishing, illegal offers, or prohibited marketing

CleanPilotPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Responsibility of Users

Users are solely responsible for:

• The content of messages sent through the platform
• Compliance with all messaging laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of customer consent
• Ensuring that all communications are authorized and expected by recipients

6. Platform Role

CleanPilotPro acts solely as a technology provider. We do not:

• Initiate messages to end users
• Control message content sent by Users
• Have direct relationships with end recipients

All communications are initiated by the Users of the platform.

7. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users agree to handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
